„Lots of space, great location, suited our extended family well.“

„We went to check in around 5pm since check in was at 4. Luckily we were able to leave our kids with family while we went to check out the place and unload our luggage. We arrived and parked in the street like we were told and walked to the back around the whole yard on an unfinished path. We had to step over a large roof drain pipe to get to the basement door which was not very safe. „This property is steps away from the ferry, steps away from the beach and steps away from food, drinks and music. We had a great time. Cassie greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed!!!! She also went out of her way to make my daughters 21st birthday special. Highly recommend this property.“

„This was probably the most outstanding property we have ever rented...and we travel and rent all over the country frequently. The home is beautiful, immaculate and so serene. It sits on a property that is breathtaking. You feel like you are at a fancy hotel but the entire property is yours and yours alone. We watched baby swans, ducks and fireflies at night. „a little hard to find: hint, look for the address on the garbage cans, because the addresses get a bit wonky further down the block, but this is a lovely spot on the north shore if all you're looking for is a clean bed on a quiet street, and the two bedrooms are so much better for friends or families than would be two rooms in the hotel by the highway -- oh, and there's a nice bagel place just north of the Starbucks on the corner of 25A“

„My husband, son and I stayed there for a lacrosse tournament at Stony Brook. The apt. was very clean and perfect for 2-3 people. The AC is run by the main house and when it got a little warm the first day I reached out to Stu and he and his wife quickly lowered the temp for us and it was perfect. Cute neighborhood-we visited Stony Brook village, Port Jeff and Sunken Meadow Park in our off time. Last year we stayed in Patchogue which was nice but we enjoyed the North Shore this year. „Wonderful 2nd time staying at this location. Easy walk to the beach and great restaurants in ocean bay park. Biggest issue was not having anyone to text with questions. At other properties we have stayed we could contact the owners- Vacasa didn’t allow for this here. When the codes given to us didn’t unlock the bicycles we needed, it took a long time to get a hold of someone and the people who texted back gave generic answers and couldn’t help. They gave us the same code we had already received. ...

"Leider wurde trotz Absprache,den Zimmerservice umtätig zu nutzen, das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Mussten zwischenzeitlich den Müll leeren lassen. Wenn der Zimmerservice da war, war alles pikobello. Nichts zu beanstanden. Durch Urlauber über uns,wurden wir nachts öfters geweckt. Auch Kindergeschrei blieb da nicht aus. Die Party ging bis morgens 6 uhr. Dafür kann jedoch das Hotel nichts. Gute Anbindung, schönes Ambiente, gute Ausstattung, schönes Hotel. Empfehlenswert "

"This Best Western is a typical motel for staying 1 night on your trip thru USA. A bit run down, rooms smell a bit musty and very simple. At least there were no carpets in room which is good. The breakfast can't really be called breakfast, compared to European standards and as usual all plates and cutleries in plastic. So, only for 1 night to sleep"
