The Space:

Step into East Coast serenity at our recently renovated waterfront retreat, ideally located on the tranquil shores of the Long Island Sound. Featuring four spacious bedrooms and three comfortable bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it the perfect getaway for large families or groups of friends.

As you enter, you'll immediately notice the spacious layout, expansive windows, and sliding glass doors that provide unobstructed, breathtaking ocean views, bringing the outside in. All bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort, some offering amazing ocean views for a serene start to your day.

The fully-equipped kitchen is designed with a chef in mind so we’ve stocked it full to provide access to nearly everything you could possibly need to whip up some delicious meals for the group including an outdoor BBQ grill, wine glasses, and full set of pots and pans.

One of the major highlights of this home is its waterfront location. The private beach is just a few steps from the backyard and makes for an equally exquisite backdrop whether you want to lounge or have a fun-filled day of swimming, paddleboarding, or rafting. If you're an angler, our backyard is an ideal fishing spot. The abundance of water birds and shells adds to the location's charm. Catch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, or enjoy the soothing sound of the waves as you drift off to sleep.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property inside and out excluding locked supply and owner closets.

Other Things to Note:

Booking Policies

1. Checkout is at 10am because of the time it takes to fully prepare the house for incoming guests. Check-in is at 4pm. If we do not have same day guests, we can offer an early check-in / late check-out for up to 3 hours for $40.

2. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies based on the number of guests.

3. Dogs considered on a per reservation basis. Inquire if you have a dog you would like to bring.

4. No smoking anything inside the house

5. Please be considerate of the neighbors. We have full-time residents all around us.

6. Please remove shoes in the house.

7. Rental agreement is required to be signed.
