„This place was EXACTLY as advertised!! Easy to find, with clear entry instructions. IMMACULATELY cleaned and stocked with easy to find instructions. The beach is right at your doorstep! The house is a brilliant use of space, small, but not cramped. Linens were fresh and clean and plentiful! This was a gem of a place!!“

„Excellent experience. Chris was an awesome host: informative, responsive, and very pleasant to deal with. House is spacious, meticulous, and has all the amenities of a typical home. We were very comfortable with 5 adults and 2 children. Kids (7 & 9) loved the huge 3rd floor bedroom/playroom with oversized bunk beds and lots of toys. Close to I-95, Yale University, Tweed airport but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.“

„A group of us stayed there for a work trip and it was the perfect situation for us. The beds were SO comfortable! The decor was vibe! Supplies were plenty. Towels were top quality. The fire pit was so fun to use on our last night in town. Very close to a beach so we could dip our toes in the ocean.There is an airport runway behind the property but the noise wasn’t terrible. “

„The house overall was great. Plenty of space for six adults. Beautiful outdoor deck and furniture with water views. Very relaxing. During high tide the streets near the house do flood quite a bit. Access to the semi-private beach was a three minute walk. Nothing to do with the home but the beach area was a disappointment. It was extremely small and full of a tremendous amount of shells. Made swimming difficult to impossible. We wish we had water shoes. “

„The "casa al mare" is an absolute dream and we loved every moment we had to stay in this fantastic house directly at the sea. It is absolutely quiet and the view over the sea just brilliant. For the first time in our life we spent Christmas abroad and the house was even decorated and had a Christmas tree which was completely unexpected! We also loved the fireplace and we will always remeber this special place. Thanks for having hosted us.!“
