„The Farm House was the perfect setting for our family reunion, 10 adults, 4 children. Most of our time was spent in the pool area, which is very family friendly. The house is very comfortable, bed rooms are large and many bathrooms throughout. The kitchen is very well stocked, plenty of service for 14 people and all the gadgets we needed. The kids also enjoyed walking the grounds and seeing the animals on the farm.“

„I had a great stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and I love that the beach is only accessible by people renting or living in the neighborhood. I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back. On a personal note, the house could use some curb appeal. “

„We had a wonderful stay at the Little Cottage of Gratitude!! The neighborhood is very quiet, friendly, and walkable to two nice small beaches. The cottage is well stocked with anything you can possibly need, relaxing, and decorated beautifully. Dave and Karen were quick to respond to my messages and even allowed us to add an extra day to our stay and offered an early check in. „The property has character. It is charming, clean, and ideally located in a quiet neighborhood . We were able to get to Walmart and Big Y for some snacks and toiletries and to Mohegan Sun for dinner. It was stocked with the necessities and has plenty of space for everyone. We all had a great time. The host was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. We would stay there again.“

„We stayed because this apartment was close to family we were visiting. It’s kind of tucked away and not super close to “stuff to do” but it was great for what we needed. It was clean, the host was responsive, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable - the couches were fine for couches but would have been rough if we had planned on sleeping on them. Overall a great experience and we’re going to keep it in mind for the next time we come to visit! “

"Actually nicely located but unfortunately the building needs a total makeover. Old fashioned bathrooms, old carpets, horribly noisy fridge in the room and a toilet flush that was earsplitting loud. Staff not very flexible when arriving earlier and ask to park the car and not very communicative to tell you where the Downtown area is…. All in all acceptable for one night, but not longer!"
