„Upon arriving our entry code wouldn't work so we had to stand in a hallway and call and wait for a new code . The "Pool" is at the YMCA " across the street(sneaky way to say they have a pool) " closed at 1 pm , can't check in until 4 Pm . You can hear EVERYTHING in the hallways their remedy for that is a very early quiet hour . You can still hear every door open and closing, people walking and talking in the hall . „We had quite a bad start with this hotel. Check in was not possible as we did not receive the code for the door lock. We tried to get hold of that via mail but the reception was not staffed at our arrival time at 5:30 pm. As we were there for vacation we were not able to call a US number from our phones and had to ask other guests to help us.
