„The flat is a nice place. Directly to the sea (2 Minutes from the Beach). My partner found the time there so beautiful that she left one of her healing stones in the apartment as a surprise and as a small lucky charm out of gratitude. The weather was great er had a very good time.“

„We had a fabulous time! All the rooms have an ensuite bathroom which was great for us. The whole property is lovely and full of character. There were loads of useful bits and pieces in the kitchen and a lovely welcome basket that included wine and a big box of biscuits. Also a great selection of board games and jigsaws. We had a lovely few hours at Camber Sands which was a short drive away and had a fantastic sandy beach. Would 100% recommend staying here!“

„The Toy House is a beautiful beach house with a wonderful location and direct access to the sandy beach. We travelled with children (one of them a baby) and we had no trouble staying there since it is very child-friendly in terms of safety, equipment and toys. Everything was provided which allowed us to have a very relaxing trip and stay! We also enjoyed the playground and outdoor working-out area down the street. The house was just like its description in the ad and the owner was very caring ...

„I was disappointed with this stay. For the amount of money it cost, the caravan was not clean, was overcrowded and needs a lot of smarting up. You had to pay extra to have bedding which I think is unreasonable, particularly how much it cost per night anyway. Communication with the host was fine but not great. Unfortunately I won’t be recommending or returning to this property. “

„We had a lovely experience from start to finish, our 10yr wedding anniversary and it was perfect, Lovely location, property was good size, owner has thought of every little detail, the hot tub, sauna and cinema room was lush!! Didn’t Really have to go anywhere, close to town with shops, and lovely country walks! Would definitely return soon and bring our children with us! “

„We had a very pleasant stay at this spacious and comfortable home, which was well-suited for our larger group. The garden was a particular highlight, offering ample space and the added delight of fresh fruit to pick. The location is great, being within a short walking distance of the beach and sea (20mins). The property was generally tidy, there were a few spiderwebs which luckily didn't have any spiders. If these were removed it would enhance the experience. Parking proved somewhat challenging ...
