„We didn't like the Check-in. It was very stressful because the Code we received via mail didn't work. It took 3 calls and 2 hours before someone could help us and we got a new code. We were tired and exhausted after a 10 hour flight and then all this stress that was really unnecessary. We liked the facilities in the room, espacially the kitchen. „The apartment itself was perfect, great size, all clean, perfect located to be fast with the MTA in the city center. The only thing that we had issues with was the booking procedure. We had to arrive one day later in the appartment, as we could only arrive until 5pm or 7pm with an additional $75 fee. As our flight arrived in the afternoon, we had no chance to make it and the location wasn't very flexible with that fact. Besides that we recommend the location for staying!“

"Highly recommended - very friendly staff, nice and big rooms, very clean, quiet (backsided room), and this for a very reasonable price, good breakfast inclusive. Good, direct connection to Downtown Manhattan with 4 train, station is 4 minutes to walk. Bronx neighbourhood is no issue at all, felt safe and secure all the time, even at night, returning from the Subway station. Nice and cheap shops around, when you need a charging cable or adapter, you“ll find it in the Dollar-shop across the street. This was my second visit at the Highbridge Hotel, would book again.
