„Everything was easy and beautiful staying at this lovely apt on Broad Street in Richmond, VA. Easy to communicate with the host, park right in front on Broad St., and check in to this clean fully equipped and clean apt for 2. The bed was comfortable. And the bathroom and kitchen were modern and tidy. My wife loved it! We'll be back!“

„The location of this unit is awesome. You find yourself in the middle of everything Richmond has to offer. The fact that it is the old Floodzone was super cool! I saw a few shows in there during the 1990s. The interior of the unit was super clean and probably had the nicest furniture of any of the VRBOs we have stayed. Parking is a bit tight as it is street parking. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but the lobby area had trash and there was leaking pipe,from the second floor, ...
