Villa für Ihren East Central Shelby-Urlaub finden

„Beds are horrible . Room old and stale smelling . Horrible smell in the hallways smell like wet carpet“

„Everything was great. Thank you.“

„House Keeping during my Stay was no service!!! I had to ask for fresh Towels or go to the Front Office (Reception). No drinks in the room and the Floor in the Bathroom & the Carpet needs to be cleaned. And on my last day water was leaking in the Bathroom behind the bathtub on the left side. it seems as though it was coming from the room above. i told the personnel at the Front Office. Over all I would rate this Hotel a 3 Star rating. “

„Very disappointed that the hot tub was NOT HOT. Staff at the front desk said that it had not been working for awhile now (doesn't that mean the hotel is not doing repair work in a timely manner?). Breakfast did not have any fruit or granola. Kind of wierd. Waffles, yes, sausage, eggs and gravy and biscuits yes, all fine. Pool liner had footprints on the bottom, making it also feel like it is dirty. Room seemed clean. Hotel overall was a bit musty smelling.“

„Clean rooms, large breakfast selection.“
