„My wife and I spent two nights in this charming location. Being able to sit on the back deck and watch the boats go up and down the Mississippi was a unique experience. The space itself was well appointed, comfortable and quiet. We will definately book again if we come through the area.“

The suite my partner and I had was a cozy little hotel sitting room with a TV and couch that was attached with a conjoining room that led to a bedroom. For the price, the style, the location and amenities, we would absolutely stay again and recommend it as well. “

„Wonderful stay. Easy check in, seamless communication w/ host and a prime location downtown Davenport. We had one of the kids forget a pair of air pods and the host was more than willing to help us try to retrieve them. 10/10 will stay here again.“

„The location of the Nelson Lofts is ideal for concert goers, restaurants and bars are everywhere. Our family had two units rented and we did have an issue getting into this unit, but the host, Tim, responded to my text immediately and the problem was resolved. We will continue to rent these lofts when visiting the Quad Cities. They are great!“
