It is pretty close to 74 so there is a little road noise but that also makes it really easy to get around the quad cities. The accommodations are top notch. Nothing super fancy but it has all the amenities, clean linens and a comfortable bed. For those with limited mobility the tub does require you to step into it but it was not a problem for my crew. „It is a quaint, delightful apartment. On the small end, but has all you need. The owners were great to work with. The location is perfect, and many great eateries were just 1/2-2 blocks away. „Comfy bed, great water pressure, fully stocked kitchen, excellent coffee maker. This is our 4th or 5th stay at this property. It does not disappoint. Even if all we do is sit on the deck and watch the River flow by, it’s a perfect vacation. We had a little glitch when we arrived and Micah handled the situation effectively and with a smile.
