We showed the lady at the reception the confirmation from Expedia and she told us we had to buy an Upgrade to get the Sea view and hammock which were explicitly mentioned in the confirmation from Expedia as our room category! What’s worse, the room we got was right next to the kitchen, with a ridiculously loud a/c going all night except between 5:30 and 6 am, I hardly got to sleep. „Nice pool area. Some people put down towels early to reserve. Staff will move if they don’t come back within an hour. Staff we friendly and helpful. Food was great. Service was great. They try to get you to join the club, but are not too pushy if you tell them up front you don’t want to join. Non-smoking resort. Only place to smoke was a smoking area near the front gate. “

Dinner took 55 minutes to arrive (from when we sat down), and we had to go request menus ourselves, two different people took our (same) order. At breakfast, three different people took our order, and it still took me four requests to get water. My husband's coffee came after only the second time he ordered it. Everyone was very nice, but we cannot recommend eating here.“
