What bothered me most was the lack of transparency: additional drinks, such as a second coffee, were charged extra. This was never mentioned during the ordering process, making the extra costs an unpleasant surprise on the final bill. Summary: The food tastes good, but the lack of a buffet and the hidden charges for basic items like extra coffee—without any prior warning—felt like poor service. Combined with the aging rooms, it makes for a stay that doesn't quite live up to its potential."
