The property had good parking which was roomy enough to accommodate a ute which is unusual in Canberra car parks. Located within easy walking distance of Manuka restaurant and boutique shopping areas . 15 minutes including parking to Canberra Hospitals and 10 minutes to Civic .Quiet a d private.  ...

We could not park on this space and by the looks of it neither could a previous guest. We specifically chose this property not only for the location and bedroom numbers but the fact we could park our 2m high rental van in the space. This was not the case.
