Comfy bed, TV, chest of drawers svd a cupboard but no chair or table/desk so had to use my laptop as a laptop which is not ideal when you have done work to do. Good WiFi. No kettle in the room but well equipped shared kitchen downstairs. So, a little Spartan but certainly adequate and uncluttered room. „We enjoyed our stay in Lincoln. The place was in a great location and had just the right amount of room for my family. The only thing was the microwave did not work. Not a problem, normally, but we had purchased meals from M&S to heat up due to late arrival, which we had to throw out (heating in oven didn't work!) and run pick up a pizza! “
