„Picture perfect, seemless check in and the coffee and maple oatmeal were my cherry on top!“

„Felt like I was in a fairy cottage“

„Great location smooth transaction“

„The property is definitely as advertised. The kitchen is very well equipped. It is clean, comfortable, and was the peaceful retreat we needed.“

„Beautiful views, perfect location, loved the friendly horses (if you pull a bunch of grass, the all brown stallion will eat it from your palm). Location is close to multiple restaurants and grocery stores and beautiful scenery. Could not have asked for a better long weekend anywhere else. Thank you.“

„This property was lovely. My wife and I very much enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the views. The property was well kept and had an upscale feel to it. We enjoyed the peaceful evenings out on the front porch and the hot tub. My only complaint was that the kitchen was not very well stocked with "normal kitchen" stuff. There was no sponges for washing dishes and a standard spa chela. Not a big deal, but attention to detail matters. I would recommend a restocking of those small kitchen items ...

„Once we found it, it was beautiful! The GPS took us to a road that was not open and confused us. The exact address should be sent by the confirmation letter but was not. However, once we found it, we were impressed. Deer in the yard, birds in the trees and just all round perfect. Will be back.“

„Beautiful Fall setting surrounded by quiet privacy. Loved sitting in the hot tub looking at the night sky during a crisp fall evening. Place very clean and cozy!“

„Cute property that was super clean and comfortable! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again!“

The road leading up to it is steep and gravel with some hairpin turns (all mentioned in VRBO). It was quite unnerving for me, but hubby didn't seem to mind. „Very homey spacious place. The horses loved to say hi!“

„Enjoyed trail hiking at topOf mountain. Only 1.2 miles from the house.“

„Our family vacation was wonderful at the Fireside Lodge. The room setup worked perfectly for our family with the children on the lower level and the adults on the top level. We loved the decorating scheme and the awesome light fixtures. The dining room’s custom made table was beautiful and so roomy and we spent lots of time there talking, eating, and playing game. The location was perfect away from the traffic yet close to everything. We hope to stay there again when we travel to Massanutten. ...

„It was great and we appreciate you!!!!“

„Views were awesome.“

„We rented both homes to accommodate our large extended family. Beautiful setting in the mountains, felt secluded, very quiet. Very comfortable, well appointed homes. Enjoyed the hot tubs, relaxing on the decks.Only negative was the driveways are very steep. We scrapped bumpers a few times getting in and out. Must get real interesting in the winter.“
