Property has two freshly remodeled houses (Main house and A-Frame) that gives you everything you need for comfortable living with any age kids. Both kitchens are fully equipment.
Houses stays on the lake with crystal clear water and sandy frontage that very good for swimming.
House located quarter mile from Snowmobile/ATV trails.

March 15th till May 31st

Main House:

House has 2 bedrooms,1 full bath, Living room with gas fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen and Living room facing lake that give you incredible view from any recurs.

*Please not ! There is NO A/C in the Main House. Only A frame Basement:
In the walk-out basement you have full bath with laundry, fireplace, TV, soccer table, sleeping sofa queen size and bunk bed. Basement facing the lake with big windows that give you a lot of sun during the day and gorgeous view.

Exterior and Outdoor:
On specious deck you have a sitting area with table and chairs, gas grill, porch swing. For your use available covered fire pit with firewood, sandy beach with super clean water and nice slope bottom which is good for kids.

A Frame cabin:

Main floor level of this unique tiny house is only 225 sq ft that's include full kitchen with all standards appliances and stuff in order to cook , bedroom with twin size bed and full bathroom with a nice size shower.
Big windows that facing a lake will give you incredible views all day long.

Loft:
Unique custom made stairs will take you to the loft area with 2 single beds and small play area with some games (kids will love it)

Basement:
Basement has a separate entrance and that's where you'll find georges SPA zone with cedar sauna, relax zone and small shower.
Sauna capacity is 4 people and electric sauna heater, will make your experience very comfortable and easy. SAUNA IS AVAILABLE ONLY FOR COLD PERIOD OF TIME

Exterior and outdoor
When you walk out from the house it will take you to a very big deck 15'x15' with patio furniture in the summer time.
In the evening you can have a great time sitting at wood burning fire pit.
fire pit located just couple fit from the lake that gives you amazing sunset views.

Driveway:
There is a slightly steep downhill driveway , during winter all wheel drive vehicle is recommended
