I was told there was no one at the hotel who could help but I could come to the front desk and get a plunger to use. I told the staff member it would take a mop & bucket to clean up. „The staff was friendly and the location in relationship to Mizzou can’t be beat. However the room was unacceptable. Not just dated, but in complete disrepair. The beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. The furniture is chipped and have holes in them. The bathroom door was crumbling, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling. The wall controls for the air conditioner didn’t work, and the unit was very loud, and had a hard time keeping up with the heat. The curtains didn’t close all the way. I had to ...

„It was cheaper then most things around the area and worked for one night. They allow pets for a nominal fee which is great and the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was a great size. The toilet was dirty and had what looked like maybe cigarette ash and who knows what else inside, the sheets were clean but there was crusty white stuff on the coverlettes, and there were quite a few bugs. „The Terrible rating is really on using Expedia. Expedia is a big hassle to use them when things change unexpectedly. Very difficult to talk to anyone about a change. The savings is not worth the headaches. Yes i could have bought the insurance, but then it eats into the savings, so why use them?. I will never use Expedia again! i would rather pay full price for a hotel with the knowledge of I can simply call the hotel and rearrange things easily.“
