„First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. The room was dusty, the furniture archaic, and the lighting was so terrible in the living area of the suite(yes I paid way extra!), all you could do was watch TV. „The first room we checked into was in poor condition - the bed was broken and the bathroom door was impossible to open. I scratched my leg on a piece of metal sticking out of the box as well. Staff checked us into a different room, and this one was at least functional. Sheets and towels did not seem especially clean. There was hair on the sheets and in a washcloth as well. The bathroom door wouldn’t close/lock. In the morning our room key wouldn’t unlock the pool area (during operating hours). ...
