„Good family room. Excellent shower as this room has been updated. Perhaps it is time to update decor in the hotel rooms as it felt like we were stepping back into the 1980s. However, for the price it was a good. The size room with everything you could need. Quiet room but could do with a fan or a/c“

„The staff were very helpful and kind. The property was part of a farm so there was an unpleasant smell of manure. The room was small and very hot. It would have been useful to have had a fan in the room.“

„Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Excellent food. Disappointed with the spa facilities, certainly not luxury. Massage rooms were in a hut next to the swimming pool. You had to walk behind the reception desk and through the swimming pool to get there. There was no relaxation room. Enjoyed the massage but for the price I had hoped for some luxury and somewhere to lie down and chill afterwards. Also you have to go through the tiny gym to get to the hot tub and if someone is using the treadmill ...

„Das Hotel liegt an einer super Lage mit Blick auf die Bucht. Alleine der Blick von der Terrasse ist ein Besuch wert. Das Hotel selber ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine sanfte Renovation vertragen. Das Spa, das zum Hotel gehört, ist da definitiv neuerem Datums. Dennoch empfehlenswert.“

„Milford Haven ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Küste Süd-Wales. Hotel ist ziemlich neu, unser Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte einen Balkon. Ein Restaurant ist im Hotel, allerdings etwas teurer. Wenn wir wieder in diese Gegend kommen, würde wir dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall in Betracht ziehen. Pluspunkt für uns war die Nähe zum Bahnhof - wir sind von dort mit dem Zug nach London gefahren. “

Telling my concerned partner that it was something to do with being added to marketing list for emails. When we paid for our room my partner & I expected to be able to use all the facilities described on your website. However we arrived to find the hotel full of drunken wedding guests. Empty beer bottles were all over the place ...
