„Die Rezeption war trotz Ankunft innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten nicht besetzt. Kontakt ging nur über Telefon, was jedoch nicht funktioniert. Über das Restaurant neben dem Motel konnten wir freundlicherweise die Rufnummer wählen. Dort wurde dann mitgeteilt, dass der Schlüssel unter die Matte bei Zimmer Nr X gelegt wurde. Keine Mail, kein Nix. Wäre das Restaurant nicht gewesen, hätten wir nicht übernachten können. Tür war undicht, sodass es reinregnete, und somit im Zimmer kalt und feucht war.“

„Haben trotz Vorausbuchung ein noch nicht renoviertes Zimmer bekommen !Extrem abgewohnt,Fenster dreckig,kein Kuehlschrank.Im Internet waren nur Bilder von renovierten Zimmern !“
