SKI-IN/OUT Charming studio condo steps to lift in the heart of Purgatory Resort!

This charming studio condo is in the center of Purgatory Village, in The Kendall building, steps to the ski lifts, shops, restaurants and amenities. LOCATION! LOCATION! All summer and winter activities are literally just steps away! We are located on the 4th floor with elevator access. Guests will be able to store skis in the private ski locker located on the 1st floor, just as you enter the building and take the elevator ride up to the unit. One parking pass for the building is provided with additional parking available if needed. The comfortable queen-sized Murphy bed is lowered easily for a great night’s rest. When not in use, the bed is lifted back into place keeping the bed made and space tidy. The living area has a cozy wood burning fireplace with firewood provided by the resort, along with a full sofa sleeper, a nice sized smart TV and portable USB hub with multiple ports for smart phones and devices.
Enjoy sitting outside on the patio/balcony to take in the fresh mountain air. From the balcony there are partial views to the base of the ski area and “Purgatory Beach” (the apres ski lounge area at the base).
Guests can enjoy the rooftop hot tub and sauna with a large deck and beautiful views of the mountain. With this unit, guests have access to the heated pool, hot tub and fitness center at The Lodge adjacent to the Kendall building and tennis courts across the street (lakeside).
The mini kitchen has a small refrigerator, large microwave, two stove top burners, drip coffee maker and toaster along with all utensils and dishes.
The bathroom area has a closet, vanity and dressing area separate from the toilet and bathtub/shower.
This unit can accommodate up to 4 ppl. with the queen-sized Murphy bed and sofa sleeper.
Washers and dryers are available in the building if needed.
