This lovely property also offers a remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower in the main bedroom. ⭐️(Please note the only bathroom is located in the master bedroom).
The Durango/Silverton Train is located 15 minutes from the property. You will also find Lemon Reservoir and Vallecito Lake just up the road. ✅ Water is supplied by an in-ground 1200 gallon cistern; It is filled weekly. Please be water conservative.

✅ Driving/Parking: Please be advised that the house is located on a dirt road and the area can get heavy snow, 4WD is REQUIRED from November-May. The county does plow the roads and we do plow the driveway, however we are not held responsible for any unforeseen weather issues.

✅ This house is easily found on google/apple maps however, you will NOT have cell service until you reach the property. Please make sure to check that information before heading up in order to ensure a smooth and easy entrance into the house.
