„Der Service im Zimmer ist nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Keine Information dass das Zimmer jeden zweiten Tag gemacht werden. Aber auf der anderen Seite die Aufforderung die schmutzige Frottee Wäsche auf den Boden zu werfen?! Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer nicht aufgefüllt obwohl Maschine vorhanden war?“
