„We wanted a place to relax at the end of our holiday and this place was absolutely perfect. The view from the balcony was superb and it was very special to see the big birds soaring over the lake and trees. In the evening we enjoyed the bbq and watching fireflies whilst sat around the fire pit. The house was extremely comfortable and all communication with Suzanne was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend and would love to return one day. “

„Beautiful place to relax at nighr when we toured Cumberland“

„We were scheduled to stay but unfortunately a tornado came through the area and the home lost power. Jared, the owner, notified us as we were on our way to Lake Cumberland. He was very apologetic and graciously told us he would refund our payments. We did drive through the area before we headed back home to North Carolina and the area is lovely. We hope to return at another time. Jared has refunded a portion of our payment due to some kind of VRBO limitations but we hope to receive the ...

„We wanted a nice quiet weekend of relaxation and that's exactly what we got. Beautiful home. Host has everything there that you will need as well as condiments in the fridge, a smores station fully stocked, coffee, sugar, etc. They went above and beyond to help you enjoy your stay. Plenty of towels, beach towels, etc. Great place to stay. We will be back!“

„The house was nice and new as the photos show. It was a little too secluded from civilization with no WiFi. It also had no direct lake access. There house didn’t look like it had been cleaned. „Before arriving I emailed the owner and asked if there were any other instructions or info I needed to check in? He replied no, have a great weekend. So upon arrival we encounter a key lock, which we had anticipated but saw there was no code included in any of our correspondence? So here we are, at our destination, after 5 hours of driving and we’re stuck on the porch! „Great stay for three old buddies! Good vommunication from owner. This is a large house of three levels. Nice setup with a bathroom on all levels. We fished in the small private pond on the subdivision with good success. About 40 fish in four hours between the three of us. Nothing huge but we were kept active. Used the kitchen for all meals. “
