Beehive consists of a 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath main house, a 2 bedroom 1 bath guest cottage, and a dockside boathouse.

The Main House features a spacious open-plan great room with sweeping views of the harbor. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a 6-burner Blue Star gas range, Nespresso and Keurig coffee makers, Jennair ice-maker, and RO filtered water.

The Main House has a master suite on the second floor with a king bed, a direct harbor view, spacious private balcony, and an en-suite full bath. There is another master suite on the first floor with a king bed and an en suite full bath. The third bedroom in the Main House has twin beds and an en-suite full bath. There is also a powder room on the first floor.

The Guest Cottage has two bedrooms. The master has a king bed, a harbor view, and an en-suite full bath. The guest bedroom has one twin bed and access via a separate door to the master bath.

The lovely dockside boathouse has areas furnished for both lounging and dining. It is equipped with a kitchenette, a gas grill, and a pizza oven.

Beehive has extensive outdoor dining and lounging areas on its patios and gardens.

Amenities at Beehive include AC throughout, WIFI, full-property back-up generator, RO water system, washer-dryer, outdoor shower, private pool, and a private boat dock which can accommodate a boat of up to 40-foot with outboard engines. Housekeeping is included.
