„Home looks a lot better in photographs than in person. Property owner communicated very promptly which I appreciated. Great location (walking distance to erlanger hospital) but I personally feel like the street is sketchy. Homes are very worn down and made me question our safety. Like are our cars safe in the driveway? Just felt overall rough and not a place we would’ve booked if we saw the surroundings. Owners have put a-lot of work into the home but still visible cracks in ceilings etc. Nice ...
