„The property was not given justice with the pictures! It was way more beautiful and the appliances were top notch! It was close to some beautiful sights and ofc old town. It was a very quiet and absolutely lovely location of the home. It didn’t have any patio furniture, has all these decks and no furniture. All of the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. „The view was amazing coupled with proximity to town makes this a great location. Kids loved game room. We were able to fish right from dock. This place is priced right for what it has to offer. „Location on the lake was great but proximity to the 101 made access a little tough and we heard lots of road noise at night. There was limited space for the dogs to be outside safely. With that said, the lake and view out the back were pretty amazing. The house was comfortable and mostly well appointed but we had some trouble with tech and some ants in the kitchen. “

„We loved this place! The layout, the cleanliness, the view!! After a few hours my husband told me we should buy it!! We’d never even heard of “Old Town Florence!!” So walkable and we met so many nice people. Bought a few things at an Art Gallery, and a book from a lovely young girl that recently opened a very creative Bookstore. Two lovely Coffee Shops! “

„Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Wald auf einer kleinen Lichtung. Die Anfahrt ist beim Ersten mal etwas tricki darum hatten wir einen Treffpunkt mit der Verwalterin auf einem Supermarktparkplatz verabredet. Nach Old Town Florence sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto auch die Strände sind sehr nahe. Im Haus war es gemütlich und den großen Außenbereich kann man gut nutzen. Einen Minuspunkt gibt es bei der Sauberkeit und bei dem Bad. Das Bad ist winzig, keine Stellmöglichkeiten, mit 6 Leuten möchte ich es ...
