After several intends to come to a solution during our stay with the service provider the option provided to us were that we could book another apartment and to pay fully for the already rented apartment as well as the other apartment. We stated numerous times, and this was even suggested by one of the agents of the service providing company on the first attempt to change the apartements, ...

„We spent 2 nights at this lovely house for a family gathering celebrating a birthday. There were 11 in total and we did not feel crowded at any time. The pool and lower recreation room are perfect to keep the kids happy and entertained without them being on their electronic devices. The beds are very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a few pillows on the couch and some more comfortable outside chairs. Maybe a gate at the top of the outside stairs to keep the dogs from leaving ...

„Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. “
