"Hotel schön ruhig im Wald gelegen. Frühstück gut und reichlich, selbst wenn man kurz vor dem Ende der Zeit kommt. Zum Zentrum in 8 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Am Abend läd Kosice mit seinen vielen Lokalen zum verweilen ein."

"Sehr schönes Hotel direkt im Zentrum ca. 5 min. Bis zum Zentrum! Sehr nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war gut und es wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt! Sogar ein Spabereich mit grossem Whirlpool und Saunas gibt es! Gerne wieder!"

"It was a very pleasant stay again. I have been there a couple times already and the hotel is nicely allocated, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. The only little downside is the parking situation. You have to park around 200m away on public parking spaces and that is for all day parking 16 EUR."

"When we arrived, woman at the reception said, that they don’t have my booking, although, I booked and paid it 2 weeks before check-in. Anyway, they gave us an another room but without the shower even without mentioning of compensation and excuses. Everything was terrible. Completely terrible. Don’t even consider this place for your stay. Never."

"I was very impressed with all the wonderful young women that were working during our 3-night stay. They were very focused on our comfort and happiness the entire weekend. It’s because of them that I am giving a 5-star review otherwise I would take off one star for the shower issue. The overhead shower was broken and all we had was the handheld wand that only pointed horizontally when sitting in the holder. With one shower door missing it made a big water mess in the bathroom when we showered. However, all the women working throughout the weekend apologized and did everything in their power to show us they cared about the situation. The other thing that I want to point out is how clear our room was. I am very impressed that the kitten that we adopted and picked up in Košice went under the closet and came out clean. I figured he’d be covered in dust and there wasn’t anything on him. They were also very considerate of our situation with our new kitten. I can highly recommend staying here to anyone. Just note, that they do not have an elevator. "
