La Champanaise - 2 bedroom apartment 300m from Lake Annecy

Welcome to the Champanaise apartment!

Located two minutes walk from the historic center of Duingt and all its shops.

Discover a charming apartment in a new building, in the center of a beautiful lake village.
Ideal for 4 people, it consists of two separate bedrooms, separate toilets, a large bathroom with walk-in shower, a quiet terrace, and an equipped kitchen overlooking a large living/living room.
You will reach the lake in less than 3 minutes on foot: only 300 meters separate the apartment from the lake!

Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed 160x200cm and storage.
High-speed TV and Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.

Linen will be provided free of charge for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor with elevator.

The restaurants and shops are within walking distance, you can move without a car during your stay and leave your car in the condominium parking.

Duingt, also called «the pearl of the lake», is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a setting of mountains.
Visit its old village, admire its two castles and enjoy its calm!

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20€ will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
