We are a legit vacation rental by owner. No property managers here. We take pride in the cleanliness of our home. We provide more than a normal vacation rental. We provide plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, dish soap, garbage bags, kitchen spices, every pot/pan and baking dish you will need. We have an electric griddle, 2 regular coffee makers and a keurig, blender, toaster, kitchen aid mixer, waffle maker, ice cream maker, instapot, crock pot etc... you name it we basically have it! Plenty of outdoor chairs, fishing poles, 3 refrigerators. Please ask before bringing bc chances are we have it! Hair dryers in each bathroom along with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Experience Duck Creek Village in this lovely 7-bedroom house. With 1 king bed, 6 queen beds, and 1 full bed, this tremendous property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, a washer/dryer, 2 wood burning stoves, 2 separate living rooms. Spend hours playing Golden Tee Putting golf game on the big screen. We have misc games for families to play as well as a game table that converts to a pool table or ping pong table. Spend hours watching deer, turkey, various birds, chipmunks and squirrels amongst the trees on our expansive deck. Play corn hole outside or make some smores. This home is equipped with all your needs for a memorable family vacation. We look forward to welcoming you to our happy place so that you may create lasting memories with your family and friends. Zion and Bryce Canyon are both about an hour away. There are several places to fish at Aspen Mirror Lake and Duck Pond and on Duck Creek which all are a 5 minute drive from our house. You can rent UTVs in the summer in the Village which is also 5 minutes away. Snowmobiles can be rented there also in the winter. If renting in the winter you must have 4 wheel drive or AWD to get up here.
