"Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Neptun ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war stets freundlich freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück und abendbuffet war ansprechend und abwechslungsreich, die Zimmer sind geräumig und gepflegt. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die bushaltestelle von wo aus man direkt nach Dubrovnik fahren kann. Das Hotel bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten in der näheren Umgebung."

"Wonderful hotel, great service and facilities, good quiet location at the sea but still walking distance to the old city. They took note that my husband had a birthday (we had not told them anything) and delivered a birthday cake to the room which was a lovely surprise. One of the days we had to wake up early for a tour and they made us a breakfast box each with juices, sandwiches, fruit and more. It was truly the attention to detail and care showing in everything throughout the trip. The only problem was the lights in the bedroom would switch off by themselves for no reason (even though the card was in the slot). They should check that out. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Dubrovnik. "
