Dieses Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern liegt in der gehobenen Gegend von Ploče und bietet eine spektakuläre Aussicht. Der große Julia-Balkon des Apartments bietet Blick auf die Insel Lokrum und die Altstadt von Dubrovnik. Eines der berühmtesten Hotels in Dubrovnik, die Grand Villa Argentina, ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und die Altstadt erreichen Sie zu Fuß in 10 Minuten.


Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Doppelzimmern mit Einbauschränken, 2 Bädern (eines mit Dusche, das zweite mit Badewanne), einem Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, in dem ein Tisch für vier Personen untergebracht ist. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bietet Platz für zwei weitere Gäste. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler. Der Wohnbereich öffnet sich auf einen großzügigen Balkon mit einem Tisch für fünf Personen und einer Sonnenliege. Dieser Balkon ist das eigentliche Highlight der Wohnung, die einige der schönsten Ausblicke in Dubrovnik bietet. Private Parkplätze stehen für kleine bis mittelgroße Fahrzeuge in einer Garage zur Verfügung. Zur Ausstattung gehören Grill, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, LCD-TV, SAT-TV, DVD, Stereoanlage, WLAN-Internetzugang, Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und 1 Schlafzimmer.


Die historische Altstadt und der berühmte Banje-Strand sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Apartment bietet eine ideale Lage für alle, die mit einer herrlichen Aussicht aufwachen und das Zentrum zu Fuß erreichen möchten. Der nächste Supermarkt und ein Geldautomat befinden sich 300 m entfernt. Das Gebäude hat eine kurze Außentreppe (20 Stufen) mit einer Innentreppe von 20 Stufen, die zur Wohnung führt, die sich im zweiten Stock befindet.

Great space for a vacation with friends!

A little peace of heaven…

A wonderful few days in Hvar, the apartment was a great location with an amazing view. The terrace is a fabulous space, I slept really well probably helped by the brand new bed in the first bedroom. Less indoor living space but to be honest why would you want to be indoors?

Very Nice Apartment

The apartment is large with a beautiful terrace that overlooks the sea. One bedroom does not have air conditioning which is awkward as you need to keep the bedroom door open all night to stay cool. The apartment is up a hill from the walled city and then 50 steps up to the door. This is very common in Dubrovnik so expect lots of steps and hills anywhere you stay. We took Ubers home most days during our stay.

The accommodations were terrific. The location was about a 12 minute brisk walk to the old town. Many restaurants in the area as well as several markets. It is important to note that the apartment has two flights of stairs with no elevator. So you will be required to carry your luggage up. Might not be suitable with someone wil mobility issues.

Beautiful apartment

Lovely spacious apartment in a great location, close to old town. Wonderful view from the terrace where we spent a lot of time. Air conditioning was welcome too. The management team are very quick to respond with any questions. Only comment would be to fix the shower which changes temperature by itself so you have to adjust it constantly. My friend and I had a wonderful stay thank you!

This property is in a great location! Amazing views of the Adriatic and a short 10-minute downhill walk to the Old City. Very clean and spacious! Beautiful floors. There is AC in one bedroom but not the other. A nice fan was provided but that bedroom got fairly warm at night. There are 2 bathrooms but 1 is very small. We stayed 4 nights, 4 adults, and were only given 4 bath towels. For 4.5 euros, we could get additional towels.

Great apartment, beautiful views

Spacious apartment with beautiful water views. Is close to the old town. Management company was very easy to work with- drove our luggage to the apartment and from the apartment prior to our airport transfer. They also booked excursions for us which were very fun- rec cave swim and snorkel. Helpful to have washing machine. Dishwasher did not work well but wasn’t a big problem for us.

Layout of this two bedroom unit was well suited for ourselves being two couples travelling together or families. It was nice to have the option of closing the doors between the kitchen, living room & bedroom areas was great. Great Location!

Sweet place to stay. We travel a lot - prefer to stay at a place where it is managed by person who owns as opposed to a “rental company”. It’s just more personalized. The lock box did not work and we waited an hour to get in after a 22 hour journey and I felt like I was an inconvenience.

A lovely place

Amazing View and Location!

View from the patio was beautiful and the location could not be better! The inside was also sufficient and clean. Our only suggestions for improvement would be to replace the fan in one of the bedrooms as it was not working very well and to adjust the water pressure in the main bathroom shower as it was so strong it hurt to shower in there. The showerhead could also be adjusted or replaced as it moved around making it tough to keep the water in the shower and not on the floor. Other than those minor annoyances, the stay was great.

Great location and view

This two bedroom apartment was a great place to stay while exploring Dubrovnik. The checkin process was easy and Ivan was from the office was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is just outside of Old Town and the location was perfect for exploring and getting out of the crowds! The location is also very convenient to two different beaches. And lastly coffee from the patio was a dream and a view I won't be forgetting. I would stay here again.
