Like a tempting secret, Villa sits tucked away at an arms’ reach from the Pearl of the Adriatic. This attractive town property hosts up to eight guests in its four bedrooms, and pampers them with a gym and sauna area, outside pool, expansive lounge and dining areas, a historic frame and a contemporary present. Originally built in the 18th century, Villa sits by the eastern entrance to the old town, called Ploče.
Villa Revelin is just lovely and luxury property overlooking the Dubrovnik City Walls is in a prime location, affording all the beautiful sites and pleasures that the City of Dubrovnik has to offer. From gourmet dining and scenic walking down the historic Stradun Street, to enjoying an espresso like the locals do in the morning, or going for a swim in the beautiful Adriatic Sea. Everything you need is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The entire property is about 700 sqm , boasting a picturesque garden with city and ocean views, outdoor pool, shower and sun deck. The main house is 300 sqm, spread over 2 stories. The 1st floor features a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area.
Both floors have two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The villa also has an additional small facility which contains a gym, hot tub, sauna and bathroom.
