„The communication was excellent and both Hilary and John were very responsive. We had a bat get in the house, I texted Hilary on a Saturday and John came to our cabin very quickly and by the time we were back from our hike, the bat was gone. I did knock the property a bit on cleanliness, but this is a cabin, so it is nearly impossible to take care of all the spiders, so there were a couple webs in the house that made it seem unclean along with a couple other small issues. „We stayed at the Big Diamond Ranch for 4 nights in August. My husband was fishing in the area and my son and i flew out to meet him - so after a long day of traveling it was so nice to walk in to a house so inviiting! The house is beautiful and everything is very well appointed with anything you would possibly need. It was super clean and comfortable! „House was awesome! Comfortable beds and fully stocked. Shower was often too hot for us or the littles, but we made it work. Host responded fast and every time. We saw two moose, deer, and rabbits while walking. Even though there is no air, leaving the windows open at night cooled us off so well. Host also provided fans. Washer and drier was so nice to have. LOVED our stay here. Wow would totally book again. Thank you! “

„This is a beautiful area that was nostalgically located near our family's former ranch. There was a bed for everyone in our group of 10. This was a convenient location for our day trip to Kirwin. The property is dated but met our needs. The outdoor grill needed to be cleaned before we could use it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Silver Tip Lodge!“
