Arabian Ranches 3 is a green, family-first villa community built around parks, pools, sports courts and its own Central Park. It is quiet, safe and made for outdoor living, with community retail nearby, Global Village a short drive away, and Downtown Dubai roughly 25 minutes by car.



Getting Around:

From Dubai International Airport (DXB), a taxi takes about 25 to 30 minutes (roughly AED 90 to 110). A car is the easiest way to get around, and Careem and Uber both reach the community reliably. There is no metro nearby, plan on door-to-door rides.
