Register your stay with the relevant tourism authorities

The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers checkout cleaning only. Additional in-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking may result in a AED 1,000 deep-cleaning charge.

Late checkout: AED 400 per hour after 12:00 PM without prior approval and subject to availability.

Access cards: Please leave all access cards inside the apartment when checking out. Lost or removed cards will incur an additional charge of AED 50 per card.

The apartment is located in a residential building, and guests are kindly requested to respect the community rules and guidelines.

Please note that the building is situated in a vibrant area, so some street noise may be experienced during peak hours.
