Cleaning is available during your stay:

-For bookings less than 7 days there will be a charge of AED265 for any cleaning requested.

-For bookings between 7-14 days, any extra cleaning requested will be charged at AED120.

-For bookings longer than 14 days, cleaning will be provided free of charge once every 14 days with flexible timings.

Guest Age Requirement
The primary guest making the reservation and checking in must be 18 years of age or older.

Maximum Capacity

This property has a maximum occupancy limit of 8 guests that it can seamlessly accommodate.

Any extra guests over the 8 person limit will be charged an extra AED500 per night.

-Garbage disposal is in the hallway on the same floor
-Please ensure the balcony door is closed and locked before
-If access card is lost then a fee will be applied
-If playstation / playstation controllers are stolen or is lost then a fee will be applied
