Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung
The facility itself was great — very modern, spacious, and well laid out. It was extremely accommodating for our family of four, with plenty of room, multiple bedrooms, and bathrooms that made the stay comfortable.
However, we faced several issues that affected our overall experience:
Housekeeping was not provided despite multiple requests over several days. It only happened the day before checkout, leaving us with five full garbage bags in the unit.
Hygiene concerns: We encountered two cockroaches during our stay.
Door lock malfunction: At one point the lock stopped working, and we were unable to leave or secure the unit. It took almost two hours to receive help, and this issue had also happened overnight.
Air conditioning: The living room AC never cooled properly even after being checked.
Slow or inconsistent communication: Many messages to the host went unanswered or had long delays, making it difficult to get help when needed.
Missing basic amenities: One shower had no curtain, causing water to spill everywhere, and essentials like dish soap and laundry detergent were not provided.
While the apartment itself was beautiful and comfortable, the service and responsiveness did not match the quality of the space. If they can improve on these items, this would be a great place!
