I booked this place via Hotels.com for three persons. When checked in there was bed for only two persons. Informed the serviceman, he ignored the issue altogether and said it is hotels.com fault. I contacted hotels.com customer service. After spending a lot of time on this issue in holiday, hotels.com informed me that a bed will be added to the apartment for the third person. However, we never received the third bed until our stay was over. We are extremely disappointed that we paid for three persons but received bed and amenities (towel etc) for only two persons. Plus, their address on hotels.com were wrong and they only informed us after we came to the wrong address. Their payment system for deposit payment was unsecure that all my Norwegian bank cards declined payment, we had to wait in the lobby for hours until they bring a secure payment gate. Also an alarm goes off every morning outside the building, and bed is noisy when rolling at night. All in all we were extremely unhappy for the service. The place was spacious enough for three persons and that was the reason we booked it in the first place.
