Not only is the Greens a great location with access to everything you want to explore and do in Dubai (adventure, sightseeing, food etc.), our home is designed for your best convenience.
The space
Our entire apartment is newly furnished and has space for 4 people (a Queen-size bed and a sofa-bed) and 24/7 security, lock-box check-in and so much more for an amazing local Dubai experience. After you book, we will send you our welcome book with all details of your stay and our Explore Dubai Travel Guide.

Our Dubai Apartment consists of:

► A large studio-apartment tastefully decorated for you to enjoy. The apartment has a private terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and beautiful sunsets in. The terrace also leads you directly to stunning canal views, the swimming pool, gym and barbeque area. There is also a small children’s playroom in the building.
► modern bathroom with a bath tub
► a 2-in-1 washer and dryer
► access to start-of-the-art gym and swimming pool
►a dining area with space for upto 4 chairs (with extra chairs).
► Smart TV to catch up with all your Netflix and Youtube series.
► a large kitchen equipped with all the basics you would need and our own Middle-Eastern cookbook
► an Arabic Learner’s Kit to brush up your Arabic conversation skills.

Our property is fairly new and we know you will love and take care of it as much as we do. We want you to feel at home, even if it is for a few days.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the property after the check-in time begins.

Check-in : 4 PM
Check-out: 11 AM

The keys will be accessible with the lock box.

We need passport copies of each guest before check-in.
Other things to note
We love getting the apartment ready for each and every guest.
We usually prepare the apartment for 2 people but we can accomodate upto 4 people.
So, if we have a last minute booking, we want to give you a heads-up that we have the supplies for you to prepare the sofa-bed for guest 3-4 by yourself , as it is a last minute booking.
