The flat is around minutes walk to the beach ,nice restaurants and cafes , Marina walk and centrally-located place.

Upon booking:
We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account.

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.

-Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of AED500 .

-NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! insde the unit.

-No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.
