Summary:

Bring the entire family or host a large group at these three neighboring homes! Each home features a patio with a hot tub, a private parking slab for 2 cars each, and proximity to the local park with fishing, basketball, and a playground!

Altogether these homes can accommodate up to 32 guests with a total of 10 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms!



The Space:

Each of these three homes is set up similarly to the others. The two outer homes each feature a king bed suite on the first floor, along with a full kitchen, living room, half bath, patio and hot tub. The middle home has all of that, plus an additional a lofted king bedroom suite.

All three homes also offer a furnished basement with two bedrooms (queen bedroom and a bunk room with 2 full/twin bunks), a second living room, full bathroom, and laundry room, plus private parking for up to 2 cars at each house!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to each of the three homes.

Entry is through the front door using a unique key code.

Access to the home is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent.

Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

Just off the Dry Ridge exit conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants, short drive to Ark Encounter and 30 minutes from the Creation Museum

Next to Lake Pollywog and newly renovated Piddle Park. Featuring fishing, a playground, basketball courts and more!

Getting Around:

We recommend driving your personal or rental vehicle in this gorgeous rural area. Some ride-share options may be available, but likely limited and expensive.

We are always a message or phone call away if assistance is needed.

We will not enter inside the property during your stay, unless requested, without prior notice or permission.

Please note that our maintenance and cleaning teams may need to access the exterior of the property, without prior notice, to perform routine maintenance like mowing, cleanup, trash removal, etc.
