„Absolutely exceptional property! Excellent location and was easy to get to. Communication between the hosts and myself was fantastic. They were extremely helpful and professional. „Great apartment in a decent location, but it was badly let down by basic attention to detail. The portable AC appeared to vent hot air back into the room instead of outside, leaving the space uncomfortably hot overnight. With no windows that could be opened and very poor lumpy pillows, it became one of the most uncomfortable nights away from home I can remember...and I travel alot.“

„This was a perfect spot for our family to stay for one night. The couch that transitions to a bed is somewhat small, but the owner gave me notice when we booked and I was fine with it! We enjoyed Worcester and the pub next door. “

„Absolutely perfect placement for doing anything in Wolverhampton and very close to the station. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen facilties are modern and more than sufficient for a weekend or longer stay. Good shower pressure and the TV in the room I stayed with in had all the streaming apps. Good sense of space, no noise from the street (upstairs room). Would stay again. Great comms from owner/host before and throughout.“

„Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room.“

„Room’s cleaning standards were very basic. Room for some improvement there it would benefit for sure. Very minor issues found with one or two ants I found in the room, and some foreign hairs on bedding on the first day, checking in. The kitchen and bathroom again require more monitoring/cleaning before use, as they’re shared, but given the prices of the rooms it isn’t unreasonable to expect guests to tidy up after themselves.
