„The room was large and comfortable. Everything is a little run down, but the staff were very friendly and helpful“

„Pas propre, la douche avait une fuite. Ligne de lit avec des taches douteuses.“

„We found out the bus from Tunis didn't run on Wednesdays and had to miss the first night of our 2 night stay at d'Orient. Their cancellation policy on Expedia stated free cancellation until 9/21. We contacted Expedia on 9/19 and they told us the hotel would not respond to them. We were screwed out of our one night refund. The room was like a hostel. Tiny, hard beds, cheap furnishings, garish lighting, small window that let in no light. Horrible tiny bathroom with surging water pressure.  ...

„J’ai réservé dans cet hôtel et en arrivant on m’a dit qu’il n’y avais zéro reservation à mon nom c’est hôtel est une arnaque ne surtout pas le prendre et expédia ce n’est pas sérieux de travailler avec ce type d’hôtel cets inadmissible“

„A quite badly furnished hotel on the southern outskirts of Annaba, very ugly zone. Nothing interesting (also no restaurants) around, quite far from the centre (especially with traffic). Bad service, since nobody wants to work. Breakfast extremely poor (bread, butter, confiture, coffee. Eggs only, if the hotel stuff has left some over or they haven't been stored by other guests, who don't consume them there). Staff smokes everywhere despite ubiquitous "defense fumer" panels. Rooms are not clean, ...

„Sehr gutes Hotel mit nettem Personal. Ich kann es nur empfehlen, sogar eine Flasche Wasser gab es kostenlos.“

„The workers were not friendly, the climate mashine didn t work and it was 38 degres after 3 reklamations and the excuse no other room is available ,they sudenly gave us another room because we wanted to talk to the manager...“
