„I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room.“

„I had a water leak in the bathroom it was cared for it greatly, special thanks to Antonio (i hope i got the name right) I was slightly freaking out, out of fear and he was very patient, calming me down and helping me to get to another room. The Rooms as well everything else was very clean and the harbor is just beautiful, i would come back every time again.“

„The first room smelled awful, like mold or bad sewerage. We were quickly given a non-smelling room that had much more sunlight. The room sizes are very small. The bathroom was nice. No amenities like a room fridge or blow dryer.“

„We had a wonderful stay and would totally come back again on our next visit to Baltimore. The hotel was immaculate and tastefully decorated with many luxury finishes. The service was wonderful and we really enjoyed the lounge. Highly recommended!“

„This is a excellent place to stay. It was cleaned and pretty spacious. Amenities were excellent and walking distance to many places in downtown. Breakfast area was great.“

„The staff was great and the room was a very nice size. We overlooked the ballpark and the room was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast wa sgood. HOWEVER... we arrived at 4:00 pm and were told that the garage was full and that we had to park somewhere else!! We were told that 97 people had already arrived. We found that to be ridiculously inconvenient. We had to drive to the nearby Hilton who could accommodate us but we had to schlep our luggage back. Very frustrating!!!“
