„Stayed 10–11 August. Upon arrival, we were given the wrong room (one bed instead of the two queen beds booked). This was corrected after complaint. Later that evening, we returned to find dirt in the sink and the sink completely blocked. No maintenance at night – we were handed a plunger and told to fix it ourselves, which didn’t work. No other rooms were available. We were promised that our rate might be adjusted and that the assistant manager would call us the day after check-out. That call ...

„Tolles Hotel an perfekter Lage! Jederzeit gerne wieder.“

„Einfaches Hotel, das alles hatte, was ich benötigte. Geräumiges Zimmer, ruhig, sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, Parkplatz und in Gehdistanz zur Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library und Museum. Für mich perfekt.“

„The Inn is from inside and outside very pretty and full of history. My room was huge and the whirpool tub was great. It was very clean and every evening some of the stuff brought me two warm chocolate chip cookies with a notice about the weather forecast - that's what I call a great service! The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is delicious.“

„If you book on Expedia, the hotel may not have the room you booked once you get there. When I got to my room, I realized it wasn’t the room I booked. I explained to the front desk worker and he argued that he gave me the room I booked and told me it was a king. I pulled up my Expedia receipt to show him I booked a suite, and he changed his excuse. „After I had to be moved from a sgl bed room that had several major scratches on the wall and no secure folding latch on the door things were much better. The studio that I was moved to was 180 degrees different and very pleasant. It was like I was in a different hotel. The staff did accommodate me without any questions the next day.“

„Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich - hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. “

„Our room had a broken window that was boarded up. There was dust and trash under the beds. The bathroom door would not close and the bathtub had burn marks (from cigarettes) although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room! The owner was extremely nice. I managed to misplace the room key and was only charged $5. It is a motel that several people call home. Not sure why we were given what had to be the worst room in the place?!“

„Sollte geschlossen werden. Nicht nur Bettwanzen, sondern auch andere eckelige Zimmer (mindestens 2, in denen ich war). Frühstück sogar für amerikanische Verhältnisse ein Witz. “
