„Everything was wonderful with the exception of the woman who was working the front desk the overnight shift of May 17-18th. I understand there was extra work for her since there were so many sports families there, but she was unapologetically rude and cold. I had to ask a couple questions was met with coldness, and did not get my questions answered. That gentlemen that was there before she arrived was wonderful and so was the staff the morning of May 18. This woman did not exemplify customer ...
