„From the moment you check in you’re greeted by the nicest team of front office staff. Shakira was an absolute superstar and Terry from ops was also great. „We stayed three weeks in that wonderful location which is the perfect spot in a quiet area, wonderful furnished you feel really like being home. a big terrace to watch spectacular sunsets and everything is just in walking distance, the beach , nice restaurants, groceries etc. Good updates from the owner and things we should be aware. For sure when we come back that is our place again.“

„This is the 4th time staying at this apartment. I love this neighbourhood and the apartment itself has a lot of positives. It has had a bit of facelift since the last time we were here. however, there were 2 big negatives for me:1. No room fans. Ceiling fans in all the rooms but when the bed is directly underneath, you don't get any breeze.2. „Overall we were happy with our stay. Communication with the owner Paul and the house manager Gabriel was excellent. All questions, problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Is the house in need of a bit of an update? Yes. But this is reflected in the cost to rent which is truly good value. Living room is ample and comfortable and wifi and tv excellent. „Nadia and Barbara were excellent communicators. Apartment has wonderful ocean views and is close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Bakery is opposite and Eddys supermarket a couple of minutes walk away. Also a short walk from the bus station. Apartment has everything you could think off to make for an enjoyable stay. This was our 2nd visit and we’ll be back. “

„We stayed at Subset Sands for 4 week The accommodation was exactly as described and had everything we needed The location was fabulous and a two minute walk to the bus terminal A lovely bakery just up the street and very close to restaurants Anthony.
