„Apartment was spotless and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen facilities were good, but we didn't need to use much.
There were a few bars & restaurants very close to the apartment. I did not see a supermarket (but did not venture far!)
The roads around Reading town centre were a bit confusing and our sat nav wanted to avoid roads that were only for buses and black cabs but you need to drive through that zone to get to the apartments.

„Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place. ...

„The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. We had everything we needed - including a hob and oven, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, as well as the standard hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The building is secure, and despite being close to Oxford Road, we were not disturbed by traffic noise. „It was just ok.
Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation.
In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. Dirty toilet, shower, all work surfaces covered in dust. It is a really small place so would ...

„We were only here one night, but I loved staying in this flat! It was a real insight into how people live their everyday lives in a city the size of Oxford. Manu was excellent about communicating with us and made sure we would have no trouble finding the flat or getting into it. I wish we could have stayed here longer, and I would definitely reach out to him again if I ever travel back this way!“

„Was told by Expedia that I had the property to myself but when I arrived I realised I was sharing with 3 other people.
Property was supposedly called ‘the cottage’ but turns out this was next door’s place.
Parking was basically none existent in the end as the other people had their car(s) on the very small driveway.
Only things I can say were good was that the WiFi was a decent speed considering how rural the area was, and the bed was very comfortable.“
