Newly renovated and thoughtfully set up for families and groups, The Donnelly Den offers comfortable spaces to gather, play, and relax after a day of exploring.



The main level features an open living, dining, and kitchen area with stainless steel appliances, seating for the group, and a primary king bedroom. Just off the main living space, the garage game room adds foosball and Pop-A-Shot for a little friendly competition. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, including a second king bedroom and a room with both a queen and twin bed. Outside, enjoy a back patio with a gas grill and seating for two. The backyard is shared with neighboring townhomes.



Located between Donnelly and Tamarack Resort, The Donnelly Den puts skiing, golf, mountain biking, hiking, Lake Cascade, and year-round mountain adventures within easy reach.

The newly updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for meals at home, with thoughtful extras like an Instant Pot, muffin tins, and baking sheets. The coffee machine in the home is a dual drip coffee pot and Keurig, coffee supplies are not provided. Gather around the dining table with seating for six or pull up one of four additional seats at the kitchen island. After dinner, relax together in the main living area or head to the garage game room for foosball and Pop-A-Shot.

- No smoking permitted in this home

- Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am per the HOA.



PARKING:

- Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway (one large truck, or 2 medium vehicles)

- Additional overflow parking is available across the street on a first-come, first-served basis

- A designated dirt lot near the entrance of the HOA complex may accommodate trailers on a first-come, first-served basis

- Trailer parking is not adjacent to the home and availability is not guaranteed
